Thai Fresh will hold the title as one of the most delicious Thai restaurants I've ever dined at.

From the second I walked in the door to the time I exited the building, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and right at home.

I was immediately greeted by my server Douachi with a warm smile.

She was sincere, helpful, and had my favorite characteristic a server can have; honesty.

One of my personal pet peeves when I dine out is when I ask the server their opinion on a dish and I receive the most obvious and easiest of answers :"oh, it's really good."

As a server, myself, I find myself sometimes being a little too honest with my guests, but I figure when you're out to eat, you want to be able to enjoy what you're eating.

One of the first things I noticed when sitting down was that I was parallel to a sign advertising "bubble tea."

I've never heard of this in my life and knew I had to give it a try.

When I ordered the Kiwi tea, Douachi informed me the tea was a little too sour and not their most popular choice.

This was a prime example of her concern for her guests enjoyment with  their meal.

I then proceeded to order the coconut bubble tea, and I have to say it was one of the most delectable drinks I've ever had.

It was creamy and sweet, but not too sweet where it was difficult to finish.

I did find the little tapioca balls mixed into the drink to be a bit unusual, but I got used to them pretty quickly.

After I placed my order for a pad Thai with medium spice, I began to really examine the restaurant in full.

I noticed the tables were immaculately clean, to the point where they were shining.

There wasn't a crumb on the floor, a set of silverware out of place on the tables, and their open kitchen area was neat and organized, as well.

In short time, my food arrived.

The scent of the noodles made my mouth water and I knew right off the bat that it was going to be satisfying.

After my first bite I was in heaven.

The pad Thai had just the right amount of spice to it where you didn't need a sip of water after every bite.

It also had a creamier coconut flavor to it that really complimented the coconut bubble tea I was sipping on, as well.

Usually when I go out to eat I ask for a box right away so I'm not forced to eat the entire dish.

That didn't happen in this case.

The meal was so good I finished it all to the very last bite.

With affordable prices, a pleasant wait staff, and a food selection that would please any Thai fan, I'd definitely recommend Thai Fresh to everyone.
